Set colour

Use this tool to change your document’s background colour to match the colour of your brand (or your prospect’s). To start, click the Fill box next to Set colour:

Then, select your colour from the colour box (or use a hex code if you’re super-pro), and you’re done! The shade of the text in your table of contents will automatically update so you won’t have to make too many more tweaks.

Having second thoughts about your background colour change? To revert your changes to the default settings found in your workspace preview settings (found in Workspaces) or to your default preview settings (found in Client Preview), Click Use default above the fill box:

Show side panel

Sometimes, you need as much screen real estate as possible. Other times, you may want to follow the less-is-more philosophy and reduce distractions from your document. In these cases, consider removing the side panel to highlight your document and that lovely Sign button.

To remove the left-hand panel entirely, clear the checkbox next to Show side panel:

Show the table of contents

Sometimes, your table of contents is nothing but extra clutter that doesn’t add value to your document. To keep your logo, but remove your table of contents, clear the checkbox next to Show table of contents:

Sometimes, you may want to keep your table of contents but keep branding to a minimum. To remove the logo from your document, clear the checkbox next to Show logo:

Speaking of the logo, if you do not have one set as the default for your workspace or account yet, the space under Show logo will remain blank. To add a logo to your document, simply drag-and-drop an image file from your desktop to the page:

For logos, Proposify accepts JPEGs, PNGs, and GIFs up to a maximum size of 1000x1000 pixels, so be creative!

Did you accidentally replace your branded logo with homer_simpson_giving_finger.gif? Don’t panic, It’s happened to all of us! To make a quick logo change, click Replace found below Show logo at the bottom of the Display panel:

This will open your desktop file manager, where you can quickly find a proper logo image before anyone notices.
