Finding Your Site ID In Drift

Looking to set up a chat widget in your proposal but don't know where to find your Drift site ID? Here's a guide on where to find it.

In order to set up a Drift chat widget in your proposals, you'll need to locate your Drift account's site ID.

Your Drift ID can be found within the Javascript embed code. To locate that, click on Settings in Drift: 

From the settings page, expand the App Settings menu, then select “chat widget”:

In the chat widget menu, expand “install” and click “Javascript” 

In that code, you’ll find your Site ID in brackets next to “drift.load”. Highlight and copy the text in quotations between those brackets:
