Let’s say your document is ready, you want to know how it will appear on your prospect’s device before sending it . Through Proposify Send page tool, you are able to set up your email preview to a desktop view or a mobile view. This page allows to edit, make changes and customize your email preview using email setting.

Once you are ready to send your document to your prospect, click Share at the top right of the page to be directed to the document's Send page:

The Send Page

This is where you set up your email messaging prior to sending it to your client. This includes building thank you and reminder emails, choosing your email’s sender and recipients, changing your email templates, and fine-tuning your messaging.

The Send page is broken down into two views: the Email Preview on the left and Email Settings on the right.

Email Preview

The email preview side displays how your email will appear on your prospect’s device, for both desktop and mobile screens. The changes you apply in the Email Settings are live and will display here in the email preview in real-time.

To change between desktop and mobile view, click either Desktop or Mobile on the upper right corner of the Email Preview:

Email Settings

This is where you make changes to your email preview. It’s broken down into three tabs: General, Thank you email and Reminder email.

General

The General tab in Email Settings is where you set the options for your document email, including who the email is coming from, who the email is going to, and what it says.

Thank you email

The Thank you email tab enables you to set up a pre-made Thank You email to express your gratitude. It automatically ships after your prospect receives and signs off your document.

Reminder email

The Reminder email tab helps you set up and enable pre-made reminder emails to go with your document email. Reminder emails are time-delayed messages that will give your prospect a polite nudge if they haven’t yet opened the document link within a set number of days.
